Gloria Mkushi has more than 15 years of cumulative experience in Legal, Resource Mobilization and International Development.

She studied Business Economics in Australia and worked in several commercial roles before moving to Botswana. She then studied European Union and Public International Law specializing in Human Rights and Gender in The Netherlands.

Whilst in South Holland, she worked in Project Management for Stichting Wereldvenster, and the Haella Foundation (both Refugee NGOs) as well as International Criminal Court close affiliate, Africa Legal Aid and as the Fundraising Officer for EU-funded Youth NGO, the United Network of Young Peacebuilders.

Gloria returned to the private sector where she worked for a Dubai-based private company with operations in Zimbabwe in Legal Advisory services. During this time, she commenced postgraduate studies, also in International Law, before moving to East Africa where she worked in Resource Mobilization for a multilateral intergovernmental organization.

As a consultant, Gloria has contributed to various publications including for the Development Law Programme of Loyola University Chicago, Friends of Europe’s Debating Security Plus and the Ontario International Development Agency.

She is one of several network editors for Michigan State University’s Peace and Conflict H-Net portal and has travelled across Africa and Europe serving as a panelist at various conferences on European Foreign Relations in Africa

Thokozani Mtetwa is a Chartered Accountant and FCA with more than 40 years of experience in Project Finance and Accounting, Corporate Governance and Compliance, Human Resources, and Group Management across various industries including telecommunications, FinTech, lumber, mining, and textiles.

She served in Senior Management for a Big 4 Accounting Firm (EY Botswana) and has held several Directorships in several African countries.

With a thorough understanding of the regulatory requirements of Interdev Consulting, Thokozani is an invaluable asset to the Human Resources as well as Resource Mobilization activities of Interdev Consulting.
